  •   Planning

The first stage in the recruiting process is planning. Identifying where the gaps exist – the human capital demand, generating job descriptions for the required key roles to assist drive sourcing and selection, and developing a workforce strategy for recruiting activities are all part of it.

  • ·         Attracting

The correct approach, based on the strategy, is to identify whether the talent requirements should be met from inside the business or from outside sources. The approach would include attracting a steady stream of candidates. Job websites, social networks, and recommendations are common external sources. To maintain the process as fast and effective as possible, the talent pools that must be tapped into must be identified and listed.

  • ·         Selecting

This includes employing a series of tests and checks to identify the best fit for the position — the perfect person-organization fit. Written examinations, interviews, group discussions, and psychometric testing, as well as an in-depth investigation of all accessible information about the applicant on public access platforms, assist in forming an accurate image of the individual.

  • ·         Developing

Employee engagement and loyalty are increased through developing workers to help them grow with the organization and preparing them for the competence required to contribute to business success. This starts with a comprehensive onboarding process to assist the employee in settling into the new role, followed by numerous possibilities for improving skills, aptitude, and competency while also facilitating growth through counseling, coaching, mentoring, and work cycle schemes.

Talent must be efficiently retained for any company to be completely successful and sustainable. Most companies aim to retain their finest personnel by giving chances for advancement, promoting participation in special initiatives and decision-making, training for more senior positions, and incentives and recognition programs.

  • ·         Transitioning

Through the development of individual employees, effective talent management focuses on the collective transformation and evolution of the business. This consists of making each employee feel like they are a part of something greater.

·         Referrals

Talent recognizes talent. Referral programs are beneficial because they assist to find individuals who will onboard quickly and perform well.

·         Engagement

Always engaged Employees will perform well & retain with the company for a long period of time.

·         Performance Management

An important part of talent management is to identify & analyze employee performance. As result, they will be motivated & engaged.
